Not on Amazon, Allmusic, eBay, etc.
Only the website  cdmusic.cz/  -  no review that I can find anywhere.
If you have it, a photo of the back cover would be appreciated, as well as any link to a review.
Is "Slezský komorní orchestr Ostrava" a regular performing/recording body, or one of those one-time aggregations they put a name on for the recording?  When was it recorded?  Very frustrating  >:(
When, a few months before his death, Rachmaninov lamented that he no longer had the "strength and fire" to compose, friends reminded him of the Symphonic Dances, so charged with fire and strength. "Yes," he admitted. "I don't know how that happened. That was probably my last flicker."

If that helps, a "Pavel Vitek dirigent" search brought those up:

SILESIAN CHAMBER ORCHESTRA OSTRAVA :
Doc.MgA. PAVEL VÍTEK - dirigent
violin solo - LUDĚK CAP

I don't know this album.  How did you hear about?

I did find this though.  Perhaps you might contact them with your questions?  https://filharmonia-slaska.eu/en/the-silesian-philharmonic-symphony-orchestra/

And also this:  https://filharmonia-slaska.eu/en/silesian-chamber-orchestra-2/

no, but thanks for the effort

You can always try posting a comment with your questions under one of those videos and see if the uploader has the album information for you. He seems to answer to some of the comments, he mentions on one of them he even could send a CD of this to somebody.

How did you hear about?

I wanted a CD with a good version of SHOSTAKOVICH-Chamber Symphony 110a (after a Quartet) and it popped up in Googlerizer.

I Musici de Montreal with Yuli Turovsky have also recorded it for Chandos - no idea how good it is, it is the only version I have heard.

Not sure why you want the back cover - is it for the contents? Because the site lists the contents.

It also says the album is out of stock in any case...

You could also ask the listed record label (which is local to Ostrava), though their little catalogue doesn't seem to mention it.

But given that's a local outfit, it'd be rather lucky to get something really outstanding.

Here's the catalogue number (and description):  https://cdmusic.cz/en/antonin-dvorak/dvorak-a.-cypresses-selection-arrangement-p.vitek-dusek-f.x.-divertimento-mozart-w.a-%5Bid%3DRS05012%5D

I believe that the conductor (if he's the same person) also teaches at this university.  There's an email address and phone number listed there:  https://www.osu.eu/pavel-vitek/13244/

thank you - but as I stated in the original post, the album only appears on that website - which does not have the rear cover of the CD or any recording date mentioned ...

The top link shows the works.  Sorry, I had found the album recording date elsewhere...took a screen shot of it.  It was in a library.  It's from 1995.  Sorry, it's late here and I don't feel like putting my info into google again (which I don't normally use).  You can get it translated though:  https://tritius.kmo.cz/detail/5211645?

And, again, I suspect that the other link to the university might be of help to you (if out of print, perhaps he might help you to find a used copy of it?).

If that website is truly the only place that the album is capable of being found, then you cannot get the album anyway. Your only option for further information is to pursue the suggested lines of inquiry.

Thanks for the information.
I'll just have to search for it from time to time and see if the entire artwork is ever posted.
