We know about pharaonic music so not sure what claim you're making.  Not just the instruments (they exist and are playable plus are frequently seen in pharaonics and the instruments are in tombs).  We know the music because there pharaonic became Coptic which did not go through the Western evolution of music so retains the same themes and hymns.  So not sure exactly what you mean that we know nothing of pre-islamic Egyptian music when we know lots about it.

I posted a question about the title and composer. Apparently, she mostly plays European compositions.

Also of ancient Rome we have painting remains of the instruments and descriptions of the music, but what and how they performed it remains a mystery I add that the religious dimension of Pharaonic Egypt is rejected by the Copts
