I'm choosing to believe that all the wet cement rubbed off when it got back on to the grass.

Actually I'd hope / expect that whoever took the photo then walked over, wiped it off and put it back on the grass facing the other way.

An even better thought....though I'm now wondering when and how it got out of there.  I suspect that it didn't willingly leave its "sandy" path.   :(  Hope that whoever took the photo was able to have access to some water...and/or call for wildlife help to come.  Where did you find that photo Simon?
