A high point of my european vacation this month was the visit at the Musée Chagall in Nice.

Amazing swirls of colours, movements, figures. Chagall's imagination and genius knew no bounds.

Mister Sharpe

Been doing some newspaper research and chanced on this (I think) very funny cartoon from the twenties:

"We need great performances of lesser works more than we need lesser performances of great ones." Alex Ross

A photo I like only because I enjoy a mystery.

Sometimes when you go to buy an old lens the guy selling it insists you also buy the camera it's currently attached to. And when that happens, once in a blue moon I find an exposed roll of film still in it. Usually I develop it and stick it with a contact sheet into an envelope and mail it to whoever I bought the lens from. This is one of the few surving frames from a roll I was developing today as a demo for a new friend.
Excuse the quality, it's not a scan.

tl;dr found in an old camera.

I would like one of those.

Yeah, Elsa Martinelli ;D But I'm really talking about the Vespa. :) Anyone owned one?
I think it needs a warm climate and many sunny days for maximum enjoyment.
