Susan & I were on a short trip to Boone, NC (about 90 mins from us) - went to see a bluegrass concert that featured Tong Rice, now 60 y/o but still a superb guitar picker - enjoyed!

We had most of a Friday free and traveled to Banner Elk (near Beach Mtn - main ski areas of NC) - visited a winery and also an alpaca farm which had many other animals - even had a tour - now wearing some really smooth alpaca socks! Just one pic attached of the alpacas - just sheared expect for a little 'fiber' (not wool) left around their legs, tail, and head - the latter looking like little toupees - quite cute!

My arms are... slightly bigger I guess. Above the elbow. But then, I have no muscle whatsoever.

Yes, but do you skip meals and undereat to achieve this effect? (not saying the woman in question definitely did this, but so many others do)
