Sergeant Rock

This popped up in the middle of a story about Titan, the moon of Saturn:

Only $29.95!!!  It's a Pizza Cutter!!!

As a dude, I definitely want this! Mrs. Rock, as a non-dude with apparently not a single nerd gene in her body, stared at it blankly for several seconds and then wanted to know what was so special about it. She wondered why there were two cylinders attached to the cutting blade. She thought that impractical for cutting. I had to point out the Star Trek connection  :D

Well, her expression was sorta like this   ::)   What do you think that means?

Anything but a categorical 'NO' MUST be considered a yes. A categorical "no" is just a maybe anyway. There's always the 'I just wanted to see how much the shipping was and oops, I clicked the 'complete transaction' button' defense. Alternatively, you could buy her one of those rings she was looking at to balance things out. :)
Be kind to your fellow posters!!

Well, the pic below was just sent to me from our son who lives in Indianapolis in Carmel not far from a famous golf course, i.e. Crooked Stick , where John Daly won the PGA tournament!

We are visiting him & DIL in early September and and FedEx tournament is being held at this time - my son picked up 2 day tickets (Thursday-Friday) for the two of us (the gals have NO interest) - Tiger Woods will be there (have never seen him in person) - NOW, I'm a BIG golf fan and am looking forward to this trip - SO, this will maybe interest GOLF fans (like GURN but not sure if he 'chimes into' this thread?) - :)

The music is the man. That is a good portrait

That boy is an obvious terrorist and those TSA workers look very happy to prevent him from killing innocent people. In fact, they look absolutely giddy about saving lives.
Nothing wrong about that at all!
