Hi all,

I used to be an active poster here.  After a Zoom call with Mike and Karl I decided to come back.  When I was a very active poster was when I was a grad student in Physics back in the early 2000s.  I would sporadically post in the late 2000s when I had my first job.  But several years ago I stopped posting.  Anyway I'm a Physics teacher.  I listen to every every era, but I would say that my favorite composer is Bach.  Back when I was posting heavily it was Haydn and Mahler but tastes change.

Hi David. It's been a while. Welcome back!

Thanks all!  It is funny to see how I could be away for several comes and come back to see that not much has changed.  It is like coming home.

DavidW is a name from a distant past, which I still remember.

I used to be Scarpia. I have not been participating here recently.

Welcome back, David! And on a related note, it's nice to see Scarpia (aka Spotted Horses) back in the saddle again even if it's on an infrequent basis.

Hi David - great to see you back!  ;D  See that you're still in South Carolina - teaching around Charlotte or at another school?  Looking forward to your postings - Dave :)

I live a couple of hours out of Charlotte, but I have family in Fort Mill.

Wow, that's a long time ago! I remember those Haydn discussions.
