My play "Capriccio Radio" receives its first public reading

It strikes me that the scenario your play is based on has a lot of echoes in other fields. Yes, a classical music station is an establishment that struggles to retain its niche. But so is a secondhand or literary bookstore, struggling to survive in an online world where fewer people read serious books than before. Or an art house cinema in an age of video streaming, and when the culture of serious cinephilia that used to exist seems to have collapsed. (Change the references in your play from Stockhausen and Bartok to Bergman and Kurosawa, you'll see it fits pretty well.) Or for that matter other forms of music that are mostly of niche interest in our bloated corporatized world (folk, jazz, various types of art rock, etc.). For this reason, the play should resonate also with people who don't care about classical music specifically.
