Would like to get into J.S Bach more But output huge were to start?

I like the Motets, the Toccata & Fugue, the organ work, but want to hear obscure Bach music like relentless energic organ work, not  stuff we hear all the time on radio, obscure Bach?

Any idea were to start my Journey?

Don't try to do it all at once. An excellent starting point, especially since you mention organ, is this set by Marie-Claire Alain. This is overall my favorite complete set (including many obscure and great pieces):

Not exactly obscure, but the sonatas for violin and obbligato harpsichord (BWV 1014-9) aren't as well-known as they should be, and are wonderful pieces.

Of these the incomplete Novalis/Briliant set is IMO the most succesful. However Koopman's recordings are not my overall favorites. He may be impressive particularly in the chorales, but in the chorale free works he is (even if energetic) too often relentless and hectic, an approach which detracts from the greatness of the works,
