Hello
Many years ago I subscribed to Digital Audio and Compact Disc Review magazine.   Later it mutated into CD Review Magazine.

I would've sworn I saw ads for CD's that were related to Frank Lloyd Wright in some way.

There was an ad that showed CD's that said something about music composed by Wright inspired by his experience of seeing northern lights.

Maybe I'm wrong.

Any ideas?  I haven't found them in the few of those magazines I can found.

Thanks

Before trying to go further ahead, I guess it can be established that it wasn't the Norwegian composer

Geir Tveitt's piano concerto 'Aurora Borealis',

recorded for example on the Naxos label?

(The names Wright and Tveitt are a bit similar :) )

The CD with piano works etc. by his father, William Carey Wright, contains simple pieces in a conservative taste of his day, and doesn't seem to include any reference to the Northern Lights:

(Atlanta Waltz (1:38), O Linger Not Love (6:05), Hemlock Ridge Quick Step (2:08), Lagreable Reverie (8:09), Star of My Home (3:51), Robin Waltz (2:28), Nymphs of the Woods (2:36), After Winter Cometh Summer (3:52), Light Hearted Cadets March (1:53), Playful Mood Mazurka (1:53), Sunny Side of Life (3:35), Lillies Invitation Waltz (2:12), Sympathy Schottish (1:34), Breakdown Polka (1:44), Over the Mountain March (2:43), Nightingales Serenade (2:25), Robins Morning Song (3:08), Mothers Awaiting (3:37), Floating On the Bay (5:20), Hour of Melancholy (5:42), Fallen Heros Triumph (4:52))

Frank Lloyd Wright's own poem "Work Song" has been set to music by his 3rd wife Olgivanna Lloyd Wright,
but it doesn't contain allusions to the Northern Lights.
