Excellent lyrics although having a national anthem reinforces the concept of "nation" which is why one day Scotland and England will separate.

You mean Bozhe tsarya khrany, right?  If yes, and speaking of former national anthems, I agree that it's a great gorgeous tune, on a par with Cara al sol and Giovinezza.
