Recordings of heterophonic textures.

By Heterophony I mean where you have two or more voices sharing variations of the same basic melody, but not playing together. It is a relatively common texture in early and recent musics.


This thread is to post some examples which you like. Here’s one to kick it off - Messiaen’s Gagaku.
