Your top favourite works of all time

The "classical music" we are considering here is the "Western" which goes from the Middle Ages to today.
Works from other "classical traditions" (say Georgian, Carnatic, Balinese, etc) should be called for in another thread.

Two other rules I put in place:

1. Order your list according to your preferences in individual works.
2. If you repeat a composer then the works must be of different classical subgenres.
3. The limit is 50 works, for tha sake of the sanity of our fellow members.
