Definitely Cato (Burt Kwouk) from the Peter Sellars Inspector Clousseau films (seen here using his legendary 'Fridge Ambush Ploy' to catch Clousseau unawares):

Haha yes, good one!

For me, I love Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson) taking down anybody in the Avenger movies. And there's something about Jason Bourne's (Matt Damon) grappling in the Bourne Identity series that I find compulsive viewing.
