If you're more interested into neumes and old notations you may look at the PDF from link below. It's my dump of text & pictures from "From Ink to Sound (Decoding Musical Manuscripts)" online course which is not available anymore. It's really one of the best things I've encountered on the internet. I also have all the videos as well. Whenever you find that interesting, let me know and I'll upload them too (~1.5 GB size).
