Greetings!
« on: February 15, 2022, 05:48:50 PM »
I am new to this forum and wanted to say hello.  I studied classical piano from age 3 to about age 17.  I love it!  I now compose my own music as a hobby.

I hope to enjoy some great discussions with you kind folks!

Hello, nakulanb, and welcome. How does someone start studying classical piano at age 3?! In any case, there are many piano fans on GMG (including me), and I hope you enjoy your time here.

I like some Satie, but I suppose I like his musical philosophy more than his actual music, but I do need to revisit some of his music as it's been quite some time.

I really like your Kubrick quote.
Thank you! You're the second person to comment favourably on it - I think that it's very true. All the best for your musical explorations.
