our friend, clarinetist Perry Robinson passed a few years ago.  Super neat guy.

Perry played on an Ornette Coleman album and had a wide range of accomplishments.

His father was Earl Robinson.

Earl Robinson wrote the cantata "Ballad for Americans" and songs such as "Joe Hill" and "Black and White."
