ArkivMusic seems to be having some sort of practical joke. The listing for track 1, Tchaikovsky's Voyevoda Overture, mentions Pavarotti as the kazoo player.

Please tell me I'm not going insane.

:o CD Universe as well.  Those nutty on-line reatailers!

I live about five minutes from a library  that has a complete Tchaikovsky edition, including orchestra and vocal scores to all the operas.  I'm tempted to see whether the Voyevoda even calls for a kazoo.  It's no much worse than accordion, after all.   ;D
