Bronzing of CD's.

Of the 1,156 CDs I have, only two are bronzed:

• Bizet - L'Arlésienne & Carmen Suites (Dutoit) (Decca, 417 839-2) (1988)
• Vaughan Williams - String Quartets, Phantasy Quintet (The English String Quartet) (Unicorn-Kanchana, DKP (CD) 9076) (1989)

a bronzed Decca disc is very unusual.  Was that a PDO printed disc?

I can't see anything about PDO on the CD label.

The PDO name is on the disc near he cenral spindle hole - but can't see it here which suggests another factory had similar issues back then.  I suppose the worry is if it is a big company like Decca then a lot of discs might have issues,,,,,
