Vito Frazzi (San Secondo Parmense, 1888 – Florence, 8 July 1975) was an Italian musician.

He was born to Antonio and Dina Allegri, sister of Vito, an internationally renowned double bass player. As a young student at the Parma Conservatory, he soon took up the chairs of piano, harmony, counterpoint and composition at the Florence Conservatory. Among his students were Luigi Dallapiccola, Domenico Bartolucci, Valentino Bucchi, Angelo Francesco Lavagnino, Carlo Prosperi and Alberto Soresina.

He is responsible for important operas such as King Lear with the libretto by Giovanni Papini inspired by King Lear (1939 in the Teatro Comunale in Florence "Vittorio Emanuele II" directed by Vittorio Gui with Stella Roman, Cloe Elmo and Frank Valentino) and Don Quixote (1952 in Florence with Miriam Pirazzini, Giovanni Malipiero and Angelo Mercuriali directed by Corrado Pavolini).
