I've been a huge fan of this album since its 1978 release. I know there's the risk of offending someone for whom these are their favorite Queen songs, but I pray, indulge me. I'm glad for the band that this single was such a success for them, and--the album being such an overall success--I don't propose airbrushing them out, but I never reach for the album thinking, "gee, I need more Bicycle Race in my life." FWIW, I feel similarly about "We Will Rock You"/"We are the Champions" from News of the World. Most oof the rest of Jazz, I can never get enough of.

I'd have to go with 'More of that Jazz' as my least favourite. Taylor's contributions were usually my least favourite at the time, and while I've come to appreciate some of them more now, including his other one from this album, this one just doesn't resonate with me. I should appreciate a song that doesn't follow typical pop chord progressions, but one revolving around E7->C7 is just odd.

As an album, it's good, but definitely down a notch or two from their previous albums, probably their weakest of the 70s (News of the World is a contender too). I think it would have benefited from being re-sequenced. Some people hate Mustapha. I love it, but I don't think it was the right choice for the lead-off track. Let me Entertain makes sense lyrically but might be too similar with opening the previous album with We Will Rock You, so FBG might be the best choice. Mustapha could open side 2.
