Oh my goodness, thank you!!!  This is a very funny thread.  I was in a terrible mood and reading this cheered me up big time!

Thank you Iconito for bumping it up.  Brilliant idea by whoever thought of this.  :)

That's excellent news. I'm glad.  :D

but i don't get it...

I don't either.

Now, if it said gangster or something instead of hipster... ;D

Would you get it if instead of:

- "Naxos attempts to break into the teenage hipster market"
- "Composer elimination game"

It read:

- "Naxos attempts to break into the teenage hipster market"
- "Breaking News! Britney Spears signs with Naxos!"          ?

The basic idea is the same, with one big difference: ChamberNut's version is funny and clever.  :)

Sorry, it looked great at the time.   :-[  I was kind of going towards the "gangster" theme, but it was "hipster" instead.    Perhaps I have a negative stereotype that all young 'hipsters' are 'ganstas'.   $:)   ;)

With all due respect, it was a lot funnier to me as I (mis)understood it!  ;D

wouldn't it be funny if they really did join the forum?

I would vote for one of them if they did... and if I lived in the US :'(

First I apologize for not bringing up the old thread, but I just don't remember what it was called.

You know the game we would play of posting when we saw two or more threads that seemed connected or opposed?

Let's play that again. :)

No worries; I cannot remember what it was called, either . . . .
