What are members' recommendations for the best recordings of Thomas Tallis, particularly of Spem in Alium?

Oddly enough search brings up no previous discussion of this masterpiece here that I can see.

I'm currently listening to the old Argo LP, ZRG5436, of King's College Choir under David Willcox. Despite the 3 stars given in the old Penguin Guide this is not a great recording to my ears, some rather idiosyncratic vibrato and no sense of space in the acoustic. And the record is in any case very crackly. So it's off to Oxfam.

So... of all the recordings ever made, which really stand out?

Huelgas Ens. definitely stands out with more clarity of line than other recordings I've heard.  I also like Chapelle du Roi/Alistair Dixon for similar reasons, despite the acoustic being more reverberant than ideal.

My favorite has always been the one by the Tallis Scholars.

I remember intensely disliking that Willcox recording. It just didn't work for me in any way.

Two other recordings I liked are Oxford Camerata/Summerly and the Sixteen/Christophers.

Another vote for the Tallis Scholars, which is the only one I've heard. Their recordings in general set a very high bar, but I'm open to other takes.
