Yet another version of Canto Ostinato by ten Holt, this time performed by Ivo Janssen. It's quite easy to listen to, I really don't see what the difficulty is supposed to be.

In any case, this is a far more listener-friendly than the famous opus by La Monte Young. In the version below, it lasts 6 hours and 40 minutes:
