Well after our Record-breaking result mid-week, I'm hoping for 10-0 today at least!

Wasn't aware that there was a thread where I could point out that my hometown team Rosenborg now has beat Valencia home and away in the CL. ;D

Being completely un-patriotic when it comes to the national footie team, I'm over the moon  :D

And with the international break, gives him time to recover and get revved up for the important stuff - the welfare of LFC. He's starting to get into some form for us, good acquisition from Mr Benitez.

Most annoyingly we (almost) had deals in place to sign both Ronaldo and Vidic, to be trumped at the last moment by your bunch. Scout you own players!

Easy.

More importantly, you held Chelski at home! ;)

Going back to Liverpool, which, I know we were not, if they are to get anywhere this season they have to beat, not Wigan anymore - they're finished, but Birmingham!

I honestly think this is our season (although have said that for I don't know how many years... :-\). We're in the best position in the league at this stage of the season, than we have been for many a year. We've played shite football (largely due to the fact that our mentronome - Alonso, has been out for ages, the difference with him in the side is vast), but the spine of the team is returning from injury and our approach play will now improve.

Torres is back from injury and looking absolute class. I think we'll steadily cruise up the table now and be there or there abouts come May. You are more than welcome to qoute this post if I'm hideously wrong... ;D

It must really be something to watch a game at the Allianz arena, whether in the league or against a top European side like, er, Bolton. teehee  ;D

Isn't Bayern technically under-achieving? all that money spent, and only1 point ahead of Bremen and Hamburg,

Scotland 1 v Italy 2

O Flower of Scotland,
When will we see
Your like again,
That fought and died for,
Your wee bit Hill and Glen,
And stood against him,
Proud Edward's Army,
And sent him homeward,
Tae think again.

Support Scotland....Not on Your Life!!

Israel 2 v Russia 1

Don't know the Israeli for "Thanks for Kicking Ass tonight....You may have just saved Steve McClaren's job;D

Something to look forward to, come Wednesday!!

Ok, once more for Scotland....

it's a very hard choice really. Hope England fluff it so we get to see the back of McClaren, or hope England win or draw in spite of the clown and we get to enjoy ourselves (for at least a week anyway) during Euro 08. Hmm. Call me unpatriotic but I'm really 50/50 on it  ::) Happy to see Russia lose though. Hiddink was too confident, serves him right.

Win, lose or draw, England should get rid of McClaren. If he was to be fired had the Russians won, he should be fired after the Russians lost. Half the population of England have a better clue on managing England than this clown. I would happily nominate Sidoze, AnthonyAtheletic or Luke for the job!
