The format of the link between the flash tabs needs to be http://www.youtube.com/v/aJ9p1r8OBbU

Cut/paste this link and replace the aJ9p1r8OBbU code with the code for your own youtube vids.
ah, i got, it, thanks!  8)
videos are working now

Just trying out Rob's new feature embedding the YouTube code.  This is Ligeti's Artikulation, and someone has synched the score to match the music.

The youtube urls look like this: http://youtube.com/watch?v=Sh26Ui1TAmU

the trick is to change the "watch?v=" to "v/" (without quotations, obviously).

Yes, that's it: you have to alter the code slightly from how it appears when you are actually on YouTube.  D Minor, if you still can't get it to work, would you like me to try tinkering with the post?

Yes, isn't it!  This is one case in which I think the video actually enhances and/or improves the experience of listening to the music.  Very nicely done.

No, but thanks for the heads-up.  I'll take a look.  (Too much stuff on that site...you could just hang out there all day!)

Our band last week.  Sorry for the crappy sound--it was really loud!

greg

lol, maybe you should fire the sound technicians  >:D

маразм1

It's not a professional recording.  the sound was captured with a camcorder's microphone.  but several people told me guitar did sound muddy.

next time, during the sound check, I'll step off the stage and take a listen for myself--I have a very long cable.  I never trust sound guys--they either don't care or want to piss me off.

Like sometimes, I go to the concert, and a dude is playing a solo, but the rhythm guitar is twice as loud.  I dunno...
