I have no clue how this instrument works.  but i assume there're a lot of pre-programmed patches that she selects with foot switches.  This is a late-90's instrument, I believe.  What's amazing is that the instruments sound real!  Except trumpets in certain spots, and others here and there, it doesn't sound like a midi game soundtrack at all!

it does sound good, but this is the best synth-sounding stuff I've ever heard, it blows that stuff away

but what's dumb is it's not a program you can buy, you have to send in a score to people so they can write it for you, and it's expensive  :P

the only thing fake about violin/cello is the vibrato.  It shouldnt be even.  it should start sanz vibrato, then slowly add a little bit and then add more and more.
seems obvious to me.  having an organ vibrato-like sound is always gonna be fake.

garritan..... wow....  :o

i think i've heard a bit of garritan before, but not this! I have to my music to sound like this! Almost sounds like the real thing, almost like how close a PS3 game can look compared to real life.

the next thing they need to make is a singer... oh wait, don't tell me they already have one.

As in the Ally McNeal Futurama episode
It went along something like this:

Leela: Get your butt off the couch and go experience life away from the tv
Fry: But it's high definition digital TV... It has better resolution then real life!

While looking for Futurama, I found this

lol, poor Hitler..... he just needs to learn the joys of the PS3 and he won't be in such despair. Practicing a little MotorStorm so you don't crash all the time might help.

I also liked that banned X-Box commercial  :D

ROFL

I feel a bit guilty with laughing so much about it, though. Still, LOL!

I think this is retarded...

I'm not a fan of Hamelin, but here he had me picking my jaw bones from the floor: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=VIEhFsi6hF8

Lousy sound, but isn't it all we had to believe what Horowitz and his likes could do?

12tone.

The video, or my reply? Because the dubbing in that clip was one of the best and (perhaps "accidentally") most brilliant internet parodies I have encountered, so far.

(And my comment was intended to reflect that, as well: I laughed to my heart's content, albeit a liitle guiltily...)
