my all-time favourite for 5 is Horenstein (unavailable) due
partly to a mind-blowing side-drum performance.

Sounds very interesting. Is it this one?

Rubio, I don't know !

The performance I was referring to was one the old Unicorn label, and it was with the New Philharmonia.   It was coupled with Saga Drom.       The only other reference point I have is the name of the side-drummer ..... Alfred Dukes.     Very strange that I can
remember his name after all these years ....... !!!!!

I would be very interested if someone can confirm that the BBC legends recording is the old Unicorn one .....

Thanks
