Edit: I can't figure out the Cat thing. Stupid rapidshare!!  >:(

The sitting animal is supposed to be a cat and the rest dogs. And there are supposed to be only 4 characters with the cats.

That's what the customer service person from Rapidshare informed me.

Wow, thanks Manuel :-*.

I think I might have to sign up to RapidShare to avoid those damn cats :).

You are welcome. That list is a repost of the material I published in this thread in the past, so the complete information for each audio and video file should be found somewhere in this thread.

Manuel, any idea who is playing the second violin on this recording?  I found a Testament recording online that has Elizaveta Gilels as the second violinist and I am wondering if it is the same person here.  Thanks for posting this.  :)

That's right, Kogan and his wife play in that recording.

Typically, a condcutor does not conduct the soloist, he conducts the orchestra accompanying him.

This certainly would be worth hearing. I have a recording of Pollini playing the Chopin Concerto 2 from '68 and it is nothing like any of his later or studio recordings. I'd guess a simialr thing would go for this one.
