Not really. I made my first uploads to OperaShare following their tradition of Rapidshare. I created a free account there, and use their RapidUploader.
The only problem I've had so far is that I can not purchase a premium account, it seems my Visa debit card is for domestic use only, even though I use it with one account I have at the HSBC...

If you upload to Mediafire, its free for anyone to download any amount of files.

BTW, I am having trouble joiniung those Rostropovich RAR files. I have a MAC and my HJ Split won't join them. Any ideas?

Yes. HJsplit will not work. With any software that works with Rar files, you only need to open the first one and decompress it, it will automatically work with the other two.

I know nothing about software for Macs, but a google search led to this

I burnt the European Concert from 2005 in the afternoon and tried to watch it in my dvd player (a Philips 5100k) but audio and video do not run in synchrony. I don't have this problem when playing it in my PC, though.
I reprocessed the files with VirtualDubMod, for a full recompression, but the problem persists.
I'm thinking that as the audio bitrate in this files is 320kbps, my dvd player may not support it.
I had no problem with the other videos.

This may not be a problem for other players that work with Xvid and Divx.

Ohhhh. So you are new to .ape files. They work very much like flac files: Lossless format, you have one big .ape file (about 300mb), and its .cue file.

As I don't have a Mac I don't know how things may play there. I ran a Google search and found this

X Lossless Decoder(XLD) is a tool for Mac OS X that is able to decode/convert/play various 'lossless' audio files. The supported audio files can be split into some tracks with cue sheet when decoding.

I suppose that program will split the ape file into separate .wav files you can easily burn. That's what CueSplitter does, in XP.

I get it now: the video files from this Concert are in 60 frames per second. That's not a problem for a computer, but  I don't think any dvd player can handle it (not with xvid or divx files). The usual non-problematic rates are 25, 26.973 and 29.97.

He/she obtained the Municipal Prize of Composition (Buenos Aires, 1960), the first prize in the international competition organized by the Congress for the Freedom of the Culture (Rome, 1962), the first prize of music of camera of the Argentinean Mozarteum (1963), the Prize of the Musical Youths from Spain (1970), the prize Opera of Camera of the Municipality of the City of Buenos Aires (1971); in 1974 it was selected as one of the Ten Young Sobresaliantes of the Aryan in the Argentina and in 1977, it was granted him the Premio Moliére of the government from France for music for theater. on the upper right corner of the screen. Do you know what does it mean?
