We did this before, and I found it to be interesting to know the time spend on GMG.
When I start working in my office in the morning the first thing I do is get the computer on line, look for the notifications, and read the new postings, in the mean time also busy with calls and listening.
When I am home working, I am on line, and keep a watch for new postings.
I consider myself hooked on this site, and wonder about that it fits somehow in my busy life.
I found a few good friends here, and feel this forum to be the best around the globe.
So effectively, I spend on line lets say 14-18 hours a day, when I am home that is.
Well what about your habits and hours on GMG huh...... ;D

Mark

In seven months, I've spent almost 18 days on this forum. Not quite enough to get me onto the 'lieder board' (;D), but long enough for me to have started 125 topics, cast 100 votes in various polls (24 of which were started by me) and become the highest poster behind the unbeatable trinity that is Harry, Karl and George. :)

Whether I've made anything approaching a worthwhile contribution to GMG in all that time I'll leave to others to decide. ;)

Harry

Well dear Karl is bent on beating me to it, so expect that he will pass me shortly....... ;D
So then I am beaten :P

its a good outlet for me.  my job blocks aim, myspace, youtube, google video, so if I have nothing else to do, or am in the process of waiting for an answer from somebody I go here.  So I go here all the time throughout the day.

So we're your fifth choice?  ;D

Its supposed to be a first choice, right? ;D

Right. Unless you got an internet sex habit, then we can make allowances.  ;)

I lurk around here much more than I am willing to admit.

Hmm, quite a bit of time really.

I belonged to another [progressive] music forum for six years, but lost interest in the forum and the music [to a degree], so GMG has become my music forum 'home' on the net. My rediscovery of classical music over the past three years has been a truly cathartic experience - I feel like I've come 'home'.

Its a great place with lots of wonderful people  :)

Thank you very much for your very interested opinion dear Cuddles......

Very little these days.
Maybe it got a little boring, but it might change in the future.

I'm guessing a post was deleted somewhere...
