Hardly any of us expects life to be completely fair; but for Eric, it's personal.

Cheers for those. Lets hope that something approximating any of these will be asked tonight.

This'll be the third night in a row that I'm staying up to 3 for some BS. First it was leaving my keys in some remote place and having to call a locksmith in the middle of the night. Last night it was the senate vote which was a total anti-climax with hardly any reaction in the futures. Tonight this, just too good to miss. Need to find an internet link however.

I wish we could do youtube "questions from the Voter in the Street" . . . Are we doing enough to keep foreign powers out of Alaskan air space?

C-Span and CNN should be streaming it live. I don't have a TV, so that's how I watched the last one.

No TV?  How do you watch professional wrestling?

It's one of the reasons I don't have a TV. Thanks.

What do you think of the new Bach/Lehman tuning system and where did Lehman find it?

Any candidate who can well answer this question automatically gets my vote.  It would be a scream if Palin knew all about it.

Okay - I thought it might be a money problem.  I know a guy who's been saving up for three years to buy a giant HDTV.  In the meantime, he has to kick his old one to get it to work.  Personally, I would hate to miss NFL football games.

Here's my Question

How would you go about repairing America's international reputation after 8 years of the Bush administration?
Cheers

No. There simply isn't anything on TV that I would care about. At least nothing that I can't catch streaming online. I'd rather spend my money on CDs, concert tickets and high end DSLR photography accessories.

I think the first one is of much greater concern to the world.

That second one is...well, almost a gotcha question, actually.  If you answer, "Our relationship with the governments of the European Union has never been stronger.  we are buidling a democracy in the middle east.  The world has never been more dependent on us, and we on them" that's all true (look at the fears of a global recession for evidence of the first) and with the second if you say "America's standing is terrible" well, that's un'merkin.  That's a sure way for some good small town folk to question your patriotism.  If you don't love it, leave it.

I'm off to a friends to watch the festivities...bringing along a chocolate mousse...get it?  Mousse?  Moose?  Palin/Alaska/moose?

........c'mon, throw me a bone here...all day no one's gotten this joke........

If that is really her in that video playing the flute, it is safe to say that she doesn't know anything about tuning systems of any kind.

Or as a friend of a friend said: "I couldn’t make it to the end. She was so sharp that had I lathered my face, I’d now be beardless."

For those who missed it, this is the clip in question:

Wow.  Talk about laying it on a little thick...."somewhere in Heaven Norman Rockwell is smiling".  "Republicans are standing ON their couches"  Yikes!
