For those of you interested in the "Mozart 225" complete edition available tomorrow as a lightning deal on Amazon.de starting at 16:29, be aware that the two hardcover books included in the box are going to be the German language versions. Just in case you were not aware of the different language configurations on that one.

But then I figured I had so many versions of all these works and have spent the last 20 years actively disliking and disparaging Norrington, so I gave it a pass. I actually liked the Mendelssohns quite a bit. It's just that I hate being given a lecture.

The Bruckner and Mahler recordings are good. The others I have no experience with.

The Bruckner Symphonies by Venzago is high on my list, thus I would be very much interested about interpretation, sound, and quality of the divers orchestras. So if your willing....

It's not really a super bargain, I guess, but Amazon Italy has a wide assortment of UMG discs at between five and eight Euros a disc.  Most are reissues (eg, Originals), but some are new/new-ish titles.

At JPC, 145 Oehms titles, a lot of them for only 2,99. I consider them a bargain. There is much to be found for all.
