Hey, I just want to congratulate you on doing the adult-like thing here. Going on a date. Did you tell her you sent the flowers? This might be a bit harsh, but to me, things like that are extremely juvenile. If you like the woman (who is not a chick, nor a girl), then get to know her... talk to each other. And dating is a good way to talk to each other. I think you'll figure this out with more experience however.

I didnt tell her about the flowers.  But it's kind-of self-evident.
But regardles, I hate following the old-fashioned formula.  What I'm doing is more exciting and fun (the flowers thing).  Isn't it?

I want to go see a broadway show with her.

Doesn't matter what will happen in the end, this is a lot of fun for me...

There are no Broadway shows currently being performed because of the stagehand strike.

plus from what i understand, b4 productions would have a full-size orchestra.  Now it's like 5 musicians (keys, guitar, guitar, bass, drums).  what more do you need?  but poor fiddlers are unemployed.

they should have regulations--the orchestrations must use such and such intruments.  haha

OK, I give up.
she seems very forgetful.  I think i'm moving on.

what do you suggest?  I feel like I keep bugging her, and she has no interest, she just forgets...

Be more interesting! If you feel like you are bugging her, then make an effort to avoid her for a day, she will wonder why you aren't bugging her.

I wish chicks could be more straightforward. like "no thanks", "Ok, moving on".  I hate that attitude like "Oh I completely forgot" "what time did you say again?".  "wait, when is it again?"

Lol yes me to, I hate how everything needs to be interpreted.
Elias "Do you want me to stop watching the game to go shopping with you?"
Girl "Only if you want to stop watching it."
Elias "OK great, can you pick me up some peanuts?"

I'll help you with the translation  ;)

"Only if you want to stop watching it." = If you love me you'll stop watching that silly game and come with me

yeah, i really hate that too  :P

you say you're moving on... but do you know where (who)? If you have someone else specific in mind, go for it!  ;) But if you don't, you could probably bug her until you do find someone else lol.

but like Elias says, don't bug her in a traditional way..... you could probably use reverse psychology by ignoring her, it may or may not work

sounds like a plan.  Like I invited her to my gig, but there's no response if she's coming or not.  Whatever.  And yes, I do have somebody in mind!  This super-cool drummer chick.  Plus she's actually showing interest.

good!  8)
a drummer, huh?....... whoa, lol.

anyways, while on the subject of music, i just got a Dunlop Crybaby Wah Wah pedal yesterday, which i ordered for $70 online (musician's friend). I was playing with it for probably 2 hours, i really love it. Have you used this wah pedal? It's only the most famous one out there, so it's likely you have.... do you like other wah pedals better? There's probably some really expensive ones out there that can do a bunch of crazy stuff!

the dunlop wah is the classic pedal.  I'd say 60 percent of people use that.  It sounds great.  However I can't stand switching the pedal on and off.  I sometimes get mixed up when the pedal is not fully engaged and it can get stuck in this intermediate stage, and your sound is just not happening.  Plus the more switching you have to do, the more confusion there is.

After my crybaby's switch was half dead, and all the rubber thingies on the bottom fell off, I decided to throw it away, and buy myself a Morley Bad Horsie II pedal.  It sounds great, not the same as the crybaby.  Its range is different in its default preset, but you can actually design your own range with the knobs.  The default setting is excellent for squeals, you know all the metally things.  I love the fact that it's switchless--like I said--one less thing to think about.  And it suits my style perfectly.  The only thing that crybaby can do that horsie can't is remain in the high-pitched position without your foot being there.  On a horsie, you have to hold your foot on it.  But that's ok.  Bad horsie is also built a lot, lot! better and sturdier.
