Sad to hear of his passing.  He was incredibly prolific so hard to make your way through so much volume, but I liked a lot of it and even could see a connection with Beethoven and Mahler in his output.  RIP.

A Fremde Szenen completely dominated by Irvine Arditti, with close and harsh sound. I thought it was almost unlistenable, I'd be interested if anyone speaks up for it.

Listening now to the wonderful recording for Trio John Paul, and it only confirms my response to the Arditti.
