Spatial distortion is a serious problem deteriorating headphone listening.
Crossfeeders reduce spatial distortion and make the sound more natural
and less tiresome in headphone listening.

Sergeant Rock

The Two Ronnies arrived in time for Christmas:

I confess I bought it primarily for the Hampton Wick serial, starring Maddy Smith:

I've had a crush on her ever since seeing The Vampire Lovers in the early 70s.

Also received a 3cd set of a Jerry Garcia Band concert:

The highlight for me is the 10 minute long "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down," played at the pace of a dirge. Very affecting.

Sarge
the phone rings and somebody says,
"hey, they made a movie about
Mahler, you ought to go see it.
he was as f*cked-up as you are."

After much procrastination I finally picked this up:

Reviews at Amazon are almost unanimously positive, and the price is right (one of those books college students buy and then sell for pennies).

Picked this up as a supplement:

And someone gave it to me for my birthday.  I was surprised at how many albums I'd actually heard and also by how many genres of music I haven't even really scratched the surface of.

That amounts to a lot of Brahms cycles! (My currency of choice.) :o ;)
