I heard they call catsup "hot sauce" in Minnesota.

Don't know if it's true . . . .

See, I thought that native shyness of speaking aloud anything spelled catsup was part of why youse guys call it "hot sauce"  ;D

I loved No 5, but thought the funniest thing of all was the irrepressibly polite way in which the author uses the words "butt" and "heck" in order to not use swear words. :D

Damn Texans. I see no mention of MN in that article.  0:)

We even have (had?) a hot sauce store in the Mall of America.  >:D

Actually, eh, we try not to mention Minnesota out loud, it is wienies by implication in this case. ;)

BTW, everyone I have ever spoken with from Minnesota talked like in "Fargo", y'all just can't hear it. My wife is from Wisconsin and they are similar. I take a poke now and then... :D

I like this thread. I can't tell whether it is 'on' or 'off' topic. Makes things easy for me, I just read all the this random stuff and leave.
