enjoy your visit there :) I wonder how it is compared to China? I've only been to two countries. Canada and China.

I do mean okonomiyaki in Osaka. It's a regional speciality and is better there than than anywhere else in Japan.

Wrong-O.  Having lived in Japan for over 12 years, the best okonomiyaki comes from Hiroshima and it is known as the best throughout Japan.  You haven't tasted excellent okonomiyaki unless you get it from that city.  Osaka okonomiyaki is a travesty.

Please list new & used classical music CD stores in Tokyo. $:)

I can tell you the best ones in and around Akihabara.  Disk Union has the best used stuff and it's in Ochanomizu.  New cds are best at Ishimaru and it can be found in Akihabara just one train stop away from Ochanomizu.

I asked The Six if he was still here because I wanted info on how to go about living in Japan. It's something I'd love to do for a year or two, but according to what I've read online it's virtually impossible. I'd have to meet a bunch of requirements that just won't happen.

Do you possess a college degree?

You forgot the 3-story classical section at Tower Records, 5 minutes by foot from  JR Shibuya exit.

Tower is good, but Ishimaru is more intimate and has more than Tower does, believe it or not.  Of course, Tower is something foreigners gravitate to, but Ishimaru also has a point program that if you buy enough, you get discs free.  Also, there were more sales at Ishimaru.  I remember going there during Christmas and they had a special room open with tables filled with classical cds.  When I lived in Chiba, I went to Tokyo once every 6 weeks.  Those were the days.  Japan is bar none one of the best, if not the best, cd place in the world.

Shibuya is a place I hate to go to.  Crowds alone will kill you.  But, when you travel to Japan, you also have to include that in your plans.

No, that's why. And it's not going to happen, either. You don't get college degrees from technical school, after all.  :-\
