We'd better watch out, or else Hall Monitor Iago will get us. Then he'll tell us about the time he met Leonard Bernstein, again. So, when I say "hall monitor," I mean "Surly Granddad."
you mean the time he had to clean up the mess he made while working as a janitor?
it must've been an honor to see his waste products, right before his very eyes!  :)

In memoriam to our late great poster Iago, one can read reply No. 36 on page 2:
"I do not participate in flame wars.

I say what I want to say, when I want to say it.
If I have a targeted recipient for my bile, I aim carefully and then, fire.

If I have a general "bitch", I make sure I am an equal opportunity insulter.
However, very, very few posters to these forum are worth the time and effort needed to formulate a really good insult. Their mere existence and participation on these boards is insult enough."

I could insult you if it'd make you feel better.

That actually made me laugh  ;D Thanks for the offer, though...

Apricots are better than peaches.

Are you talking about canned or fresh?  In the fresh category, peaches are unquestionably better. However, canned apricots are better than canned peaches. Be more specific, or don't post at all!!   :)

God's Jewish?   ???

Why not? Working backwards: Most of the people in the Old Testament were Jewish (b.c.). Adam and Eve were the first humans and thus sired the people in the Old Testament; God created Adam and Eve in his own image, ergo he must be Jewish.  ;)

Ack, he's always like that. Pay the little provincial twit no mind. Anyone who doesn't know that peaches are infinitely superior to apricots would also have their music written by others...  >:D
