Eye-strain by LCD?

Dear members,
Have any of you experimented eye-strain by using LCD for long time?

Yes, same here.  Unfortunately if I don't take an occasional break I get a swimming feeling in my head which eventually causes my inner ear to activate and I get VERY dizzy for a while.  Not fun.
