who's the youngest here?
Well it's me so far but a couple of our teenagers didn't post in the thread their actual age yet. I'm pretty sure somebody younger can be found...

I'm 18 by the way

The beard makes you look so much older, so distinguished.

"hey, they made a movie about
Mahler, you ought to go see it.
he was as f*cked-up as you are."

It's my 12,295th birthday today!  :D

19,235 for me.  That's somewhere between 52 and 53 years.

I celebrated my 72nd birthday last month.

This experience enables me to understand the nonentities that populate this board. Especially those constantly out of a job and looking for work, and those for whom this message board is their only reason for existence.

I'm sure I've attended more "live" concerts than anyone else on this board AND have a very large cd and DVD collection. Plus, very fine home electronic equipment.
"Good", is NOT good enough, when "better" is expected

A bit surprised.....Your extreme crustiness made me wrongly assume you were much older.

If you look at people in that way and think those things are important, you've learned very little in those 72 years.

what difference does it make? I would be "rude" "mean" "harsh" too, if I am old and know that i will probably die any moment.... and all i have are my used concert tickets, a large CD/DVD collection, and a fine home entertaining system.

seeing that his most importantly achievements in life are "attended more "live" concerts than anyone else on this board AND have a very large cd and DVD collection. Plus, very fine home electronic equipment." A sad existence indeed! I didn't realize that there are people out there who listens to music for the sake of competition, this elitist attitude is exactly what put off others from listening to classical music!

Does it really make you understand or do you just think you understand?
After living for 72 years, you should have learned by now that you really never totally understand another person- maybe a little, but not as much as you think.

Does that make you a better person than us?

No, but the apt description of him is in there somewhere.

yes, how can you say Mozart only lived to be 35?
In terms of life understanding, broad minded, he lived much longer than Haydn or Beethoven.
age in terms of Numerical years are relative to ones true  maturity of spirit.
