ROUND 3

We are down to 14 albums.  ;D Now it gets more interesting.

Choose three to be banished from the list, please--the ones you like less than the others.

New question: Do you still own your old rock records?

Nope.

I have a question too: how have I missed this Weakest Link game?  :(  ;D

Uh...we only did the top 20. I don't think anyone listens to Billy Joel anymore anyway.

I can't believe BLOOD ON THE TRACKS bit the dust. What's wrong with people?  ???

Maybe they took the title as an instruction.  ;D

Seriously, that one is overrated. HW61 and Bringing it all back home is where it's at. That Royal Albert hall 1966 2CD set is even better.

I'll vote off Elvis, but the rest are all too good to vote against.

Y'know, I was pretty much anti-Elvis 'til I heard the Sun Sessions. That's practically all the Elvis you need.

Raise your hand if you voted down Kind of Blue this round.....I just want to make sure you are not on my Buddy List. ;D

Oh, and make sure that you have listened to Exile all the way through before dinging it!  ;D ;D
There will never be another era like the Golden Age of Hollywood.  We didn't know how to blow up buildings then so we had no choice but to tell great stories with great characters.-Ben Mankiewicz

Not because it isn't a great album...it may be the greatest jazz recording ever...but simply because it's the odd man out on this list of rock and pop albums.

Sarge
the phone rings and somebody says,
"hey, they made a movie about
Mahler, you ought to go see it.
he was as f*cked-up as you are."

It transcends genre!
