Yuja Wang should be getting worried.  8)

Forget Yuja Wang, Martha Argerich should go ahead a retire as she has met her match! :)

Yesterday, Vanessa and I were having a discussion about something. We got a bit loud, I guess, but we were NOT arguing. But suddenly Kimi interrupted: "Hey! Why are you two doing this??? Aren't you in love anymore! geez!"

We both stopped and started laughing hysterically.

She should be a psychotherapist (like her dad?) when she grows up.

She does seem to have that natural something that makes a good psychologist. But I don't know if as a father I'd want my daughter to face that much negativity day in and day out. Facing Bach on a daily basis seems a much more pleasant proposition!

Why did he write that? Had he eaten something bad that day?

"Mommy, this is delicious and I saved it just for you!"

After a few seconds pause...

"Then again, if you are really serious about losing weight, you may consider giving it to me."

You will love what followed a minute later:

Fresh Kimi pics! Le peuple le veult!

Well, this is the story behind that pic:

"Daddy, when you are away, all I need to do is this, then I can feel you right beside me."

I was so moved I decided to take a photo of that moment.

I am away o business. Vanessa told me she took Kimi to the school for the annual Christmas Music Party. Kimi, sitting in her seat, was conducting the whole show. The four Canadian teachers sitting next to her were really enjoying it! Soon everyone noticed this little conductor. She said she couldn't help but to conduct when she hears music.

Kimi: "Mommy, did Santa Claus actually got me all those presents?"

Mom: "Yes, he did."

Kimi: "You should invite him to a really really nice expensive dinner. I want to thank him in person. It wouldn't be polite to receive presents, so many presents, without showing gratitude."

Mom: "Well, Kimi, I don't think we need to do that. Santa wouldn't have the time. If everyone wants to invite him to dinner, how could he make the time?"

Kimi: "Mom, you just have to let him know how sincere I am. I know he will come."

Mom: "Well, Kimi... Actually, your Daddy is your Santa Claus. He got all the presents for you."

Kimi: "Oh..."

Well, she did not offer an expensive extravagant dinner. She did not offer to thank me in person. All I got was: "Daddy, you know what else I also wanted..."
