affirmative action -- excuse for making the rest of the people put up w/ morons

I'm not racist or anything, but I don't think affirmative action is fair.  A person of minority who has a college education is more likely to succeed than a white person.  This is truly screwed up.  Sometimes I have to put up with people who are just plain dumb, how did they get to where they are?  Affirmative action no doubt!  Everybody should have equal opportunity; there should be no bias; and people should not be discriminated against.  thoughts?
