Yes, I believe it is. I tend to avoid them though, found their production quality to be on the slack side - some audible digital artifacts on their transfer of Polyansky's Rachmaninov Vespers, no gaps between tracks on more than one CD (Svetlanov's Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninov...)
Generally sound quality on their releases is the same as on previous Melodiya incarnations (don't think they do any remastering) and the most stuff they released can be found for the same price on Regis or bit more expensive on this new batch of Melodiya reissues.
