Thank you. I know it's the "long" list and we probably won't make it any further, but I'm happy for now at least.

Thanks.

There are three versions. The one you mention may be a slip-cased hardcover signed by Mark, myself, Gary A. Braunbeck, who kindly wrote the introduction, and Glenn Chadbourne, the cover artist. Books published in the small press tend to cost more. I'm not quite sure why exactly. I'm not a publisher. :)

Here's the cheapest version, available directly from PS Publishing, signed only by the authors:

Congrats, Dave!

"There are, it sometimes seems, a million zombie stories out there. Dead Earth: The Green Dawn is not like any of the others. Filled with well-crafted characters, a fast plot and enough action for a dozen novels, the story pushes past the boundaries that have been set before and rises to a new zenith. If you're tired of the same old undead, try the new improved model." --Robert A Moore
"Maybe the problem most of you have ... is that you're not listening to Barbirolli." ~Sarge

"The problem with socialism is that sooner or later you run out of other people's money." ~Margaret Thatcher

I didn't know you wrote, Dave... So, my congratulations! (Btw, how difficult was it to collaborate?)

Yes, I write fiction. Thanks.

Collaboration can be fun. It sure makes the workload lighter. You just have to be selective about the person you write with and clear about what you aim to achieve together so there is no trouble later. So far, I've been very lucky. We are currently working on the full-length sequel to the book mentioned above and should have it ready to submit soon.

Thanks, Brian.

Well, the editor for PS, Pete Crowther, is a hell of a guy (and writer) and has a discerning eye for the good stuff. ;) Kidding aside, I was pretty much blown away when he accepted our little novella.

PS has a magazine called PostScripts and I should have a story coming up in a future issue. I mean, I've already been paid for it but haven't been given a publication date.
