Well, I'm not new, but I seem to have missed this the last time around.  I'm Bill, for those who don't already know.   The handle "jwinter" derives from the name of the protagonist of a cheesy sci-fi novel that I started to write about 15-20 years ago but never finished (no great loss there...).
The man that hath no music in himself,
Nor is not moved with concord of sweet sounds,
Is fit for treasons, stratagems, and spoils.
The motions of his spirit are dull as night,
And his affections dark as Erebus.
Let no such man be trusted.

-- William Shakespeare, The Merchant of Venice

Glad to meet you, Bill! (I didn't already know.)

That's  me!  ;D

Ok, I'll tell you. But let's keep it just between us. Drum roll please. It's............I'm not sure you're ready for it. It adds an air of mystery, don't you think?!

I know. Enough already. Spit it out. But, I'm having so much fun with this.

Fine. Here we go. Deep breaths. Ready? One...Two....Four! No, that's not right.  Hmmm...are you still there? Have I lost you yet?  :o

It's Neal!  There. I've said it.  8)

Not ten minutes ago, I was chuckling over recalling, apparently out of the blue, the line: If it's not a personal question, are you a virgin?

I thought it was "Sock."

Apparently we were both so wrong.

Yeah, I've been lying to you all this time, I'm not really a monkey, nor am I made from socks.

Or not many socks anyway...
