Xzytrwqer Lalinsky: Paradoxiliacamorphiosis for 2 percussionists and randomly selected singing audience members

That made me LOL!

No pipe and slippers for me, thanks. However a GMG tattoo is not out of the question.

Interesting...  ::)

Some survey for a bunch of different countries- respondents having sex weekly + respondents satisfied:

http://www.durex.com/en-CA/SexualWellbeingSurvey/Fequency%20of%20Sex/pages/default.aspx

The highest is Greece, at 87/51%, and the lowest is Japan, at 34/15%. The US is at the lower end, at 53/48%.

I don't know what to think of this... well, I probably shouldn't say what I'm inclined to think, though.  ::)

It would be best to worry about what you are doing rather than other people :P
Peanut butter, flour and sugar do not make cookies. They make FIRE.

Doesn't really matter.

But, to me it seems to reflect that maybe, just maybe, people who live in the US or Japan tend to be harder workers (more concerned with working than having fun) than people in Greece. Then again, that may be nothing new, but this poll seems to be an interesting one to reflect that idea.

a thought just occurred to me through a mistake:

I applied for a USPS job (that I didn't want to, but with some external forces was compelled to apply).  So anyway, I had a hard time decided whether I want to call to confirm that I would be at the group orientation, or withdraw my application for the past 2 days. so today, I decided to withdraw it, because I felt uncomfortable with the job.  Now, I feel like I made a huge mistake and should've went to the damn orientation, and see what it was like.  But it's too late now.

I'm not looking for sympathy, pity, disgust, or anything.  What's done is done.  But this experience has taught me that I am not a rational person.  Not even close.

It's just a thought.

Renfield

It's not necessarily irrational to act out of principle ("I don't go to places I feel uncomfortable in"), vs. rational to be opportunistic ("I take every chance I get"), however less profitable the former might be. Just saying. :)

I'm in Texas. I ate a T-bone steak yesterday. My dad looked at me like I was a total idiot: Who orders a T-bone steak in a Mexican restaurant in Texas?

The correct answer is "I do!".

I did get some barbecue this time (brisket.....yum!).

Tomorrow we (GF & I) go home. She loves Texas, btw. Heat, pterodactyls, paycheck loan emporia, all of it is good by her. Some of this stuff gets on my nerves after a couple days.

I'm in Minnesota and just ate some chicken. Whodathunk?

knight66

Is this something you were compelled to do, or was there a choice here?

I'm in Gloucestershire and I have not just eaten chicken. My democratic choice here.

And Gloucestershire is not only a mouthful, it's a better place for having Mike in residence.
