With the expansion, about 500 million people's incomes will lifted above the poverty line, and about 3.3 million young workers — ages 21 to 24 — would become eligible.

Will lifted, eh?
500 million Americans, eh? Lol.

That was me just over 2 months ago. I feel like I'm 16, though.

I took my Astronomy students out stargazing with the binoculars.  Trying out a new set Celestron Skymaster 15x70s that I ordered.  Results: awesome!  We saw the moons of Jupiter, and a few star clusters in exceptional detail.  It was also handy in observing constellations that are not as bright and of course for looking at lunar terrain.

Karl Henning

Nice!  owlice would have been pleased, too.

How do you hold the binoculars steady enough to keep the image still?

I bought Celestron azimuthal tripods to go with the binoculars.

For the very high in the sky stuff (directly overhead, close to the zenith) the students still had to use their hands, but then they lied on the ground with their arms tucked in, resting on their bodies and their hands gently cupping the binoculars (gripping it causes the muscles to flex which results in more shaking).

I made my first music video that wasn't just a single cut and paste the whole way through. I couldn't even count how many segments I chopped up in under 5 minutes.  :D The goal was to make a video that seemed like a genuine music video that lined up with the music, unlike what I did before. And strangely, I ended up using some of the same video material as when I did that Mahler segment music video.

I'll have to try that (after the weather changes).

Marvelous how people's minds work - or, as the case may be, don't work. Then again, that Herzog quote with those three dots is rather suspicious - is the part left out akin to this: "some people think that", or does he really think that the dog is innocent ??? Using the same logic, if someone doesn't like his thinking, they can do whatever they want with professor Herzog.

Okay, guess I temporarily give up on Japanese and will return in a few months or so  ;D (at least I felt like I made amazing progress so far). Got my financial aid money, so I just spent $1500 ordering computer parts to build my own PC. I will be playing Final Fantasy 14 on this for probably 2 or so months. But I didn't buy it just for that- I wanted a system that could handle new, intensive games played with the Oculus Rift, when it comes out (projected near the end of the year).

Just gotta wait a week for all of the parts to arrive...

Has John ever purchased a recording recommended by someone else? I see John only trying to feed people with his listening choices. Even, when John was friends me on Facebook he made me member of the Isang Yun group. After that he broke frienship with me, leaving me a member of that group. Very sneaky, John..
