I'm selling it at Amazon Marketplace for $30 (almost half the price of the lowest seller — others have it priced at almost $150 :o).

Is it easy to set up sales through Amazon?

Yes, very easy and tidier than eBay (i.e. no third-party payment like checks or PayPal — Amazon deposits the money you make directly into your bank account).
